We print your vision!
In our state-of-the-art printing facility, we manufacture our technical foils under ISO Class 6 cleanroom conditions. MOTOMETER Production combines traditional screen printing with our specialized processes such as inline lamination, self-adhesive surfaces, 3D moldable hybrid coatings, drying systems, and semi- and fully-automated punching systems. This enables us to produce complex products and high volumes.

The development of customized surfaces and illumination in our in-house measurement laboratory during the development phase ensures that your requirements are met. Precise, homogeneous illumination and perfection down to the last detail are achieved through well-thought-out, innovative processes.

The technological processes of MOTOMETER Production

Screen Printing

Our state-of-the-art printing processes, combined with a modern infrastructure, form the foundation of our consistently high quality. This combination enables us to create precise and durable prints.

Atmospheric Drying

Our specially developed drying processes are the key to extremely durable and resistant screen printing foils. This involves the use of UV rays and special gases. This innovative method ensures even drying and maximizes the durability of the foils.

Automated Punching

We develop custom punching tool concepts in collaboration with our external partners. Our punching systems are camera-based and fully automated. The result is highest precision with assured quality. This ensures that our products consistently meet the highest standards.

Lamination

We can combine the properties of individual foils through our special lamination process to create a new product with unique characteristics. For example, a highly transparent foil combined with an anti-reflection foil. This way, we create products that are precisely tailored to the needs of our customers.

Thermal Drying

In addition to warm air, infrared rays are also used for our customized manufacturing processes. The combination of various printing and drying methods makes our technical foil so resistant and high-quality. These versatile techniques ensure optimal drying and increase the durability of our products.

100% Visual Inspection

Our external and internal visual inspection is supported by camera-based systems. Inspection can also be conducted in cleanrooms using specialized measuring instruments. Vacuum packaging and ESD protection are standard for us. This comprehensive monitoring ensures the highest quality and reliability of our products.
